Ms. Nguyen Anh Chau is a Managing Partner at P&S Legal Services. She is a senior counsel specializing in the fields of Investment, Corporation, Finance, Banking, and Labor.

Experience:

Ms. Chau has more than 15 years of experience as a senior counsel in the fields of finance, banking, domestic and foreign investment, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring and commercial activities. Especially, she has experience in advising on capital arrangement for domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises with large financial institutions and advising on risk control related to capital use planning, debt restructuring, supporting asset appraisal to conduct banking transactions, and corporate finance in the fields of real estate, banking, industrial and consumer products, civil aviation, oil and gas, telecommunications. With the experience that has been accumulated in her process of working, Ms. Chau is in charge of guiding the legal team at P&S Legal Service on matters related to corporate law and in charge of giving legal advice for domestic and international customers on investment projects, establishment and operation of enterprises, especially in finance and banking.

Education:

Ms. Chau holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
