With deep expertise across various domains and extensive experience in consultancy and business operations, Ms. Phuong has successfully engaged in advising, business activities, and management within sectors such as banking, domestic and international investment consulting, and particularly in real estate investment projects, including housing, hotel systems, and polyclinics. She is also a specialist in business strategy planning, marketing, and providing development guidance for individuals and businesses. With her profound knowledge in Psychology, Mrs. Phương has a deep understanding of human behavior and human resources management, which are essential elements for the success of any organization or enterprise.

Ms. Phuong has taken on executive and managerial roles in several companies such as Chemical Industry Joint Stock Company, Maritime Bank, and Asia Investment Consulting Management Joint Stock Company. She has also held significant positions in various organizations and associations, such as Executive Member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province; Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Ba Ria City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province; and Head of the Advisory Board for Innovative Startups in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
