Mr. Hiep Tran is a senior counsel in the fields of Tax, Contract, Corporation, Investment, Finance and Banking at P&S Legal Services. He has the Master’s Degree in Economic Law from Ho Chi Minh University of Law and the Bachelor of Public Administration from National Academy of Public Administration.

Mr. Hiep has more than 15 years of experience working as a senior counsel in Contract, Corporation, Investment, Finance and Banking as well as dispute resolution in Business, Corporate Governance and Tax. He is an expert in Corporate Internal Governance, Contracts, Tax and Finance with a number of clients of over 20 largescale companies.
