Mr. Vo Sy Chung is a Senior Counsel at P&S Legal Services. He is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, practicing as an Attorney at Law in Vietnam with Certificate No. 4890/LS. 

Experience:

Mr. Chung has approximately 20 years of experience as a senior counsel in the fields of Investment, Corporate Governance, M&A, Finance, Real Estate, Civil Aviation, Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Commerce and Civil Affairs. In particular, Mr. Chung has many years of experience in advising internally on management and operations for the leading companies and corporations (private and public) in Vietnam with the scale of tens of thousands of employees.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the legal practice, Mr. Chung has accumulated a substantial portfolio of competence in high-quality and successful consulting activities for projects and jobs that require high professionalism and experience such as M&A, Joint Ventures, Investment, Corporate Restructuring, International Commerce and Civil Aviation. Besides, he also plays role of leader of the team of lawyers, leading international Law firm achieved great success in several fields of purchasing of aircraft from major aircraft manufacturers in the world, transferring title of aircraft fleet from owner to owner, conducting sales and sub-leasing transactions; leasing transactions; arrangement of capital for the purchase of aircraft; giving advice and arranging commercial loans.

Education:

- Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law;

- Bachelor of Linguistics majoring in English, Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities;

- Master of Law in Economic Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
